Breakfast foods are probably among some of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, sticking to a vegan diet limits many of my options. FORTUNATELY I came up with 2 really great (and easy) vegan breakfast options....
Peaches and Cream
What you will need:

- 1 peach
- Soy milk
- A little bit of Splenda (optional)
- Cut up peach into bit size pieces
- Pour into bowl
- Fill bowl with milk up to the top of the peaches
- (Optional) Add a little bit of Splenda to sweeten the peaches and milk
- Eat now or let it sit overnight (which is much better because the peaches absorb the milk and sugar!)
- Enjoy!
Vegan Waffle
What you will need:

- Waffle iron
- Egg replacer (can be found in the baking isle)
- Soy milk
- Water
- Vegetable oil
- Bisquick
- Syrup (optional)
- Follow directions and measurements on Bisquick box
- Follow directions and measurements on egg replacer package
- Mix together ingredients
- Pour on waffle iron and let it cook
- Take off waffle iron and pour syrup on waffle (optional)
- Enjoy!
