Happy Friday everyone! I hope this week went by fast for you, I know it did for me! I stay busy all the time and I stress eat. However, I have combated this terrible habit by keeping the junk food out of my dorm room and stocking up on fruits and healthy snacks! Here are some of the vegan breakfast foods and snacks that I absolutely love!
For breakfast: This oatmeal is so delicious (yes, I eat oatmeal... I am a grandma, I know) and it has chunks of apples in it! Yum!
For a snack: Nuts are a great source of protein and make for a substantial snack! These are some of my favorites...
And as always...
Lots and lots of fruit!
