Today I want to focus on the future. What you put in your body today may impact you negatively in the long-run. So, before you reach for that last cookie, or before you decide to have 6 pieces of pizza, stop and think: Is this really worth my health? Am I just eating because I am bored or stressed? Am I actually hungry? This graphic that I made is very helpful and informative! Take a look at it and pause and think for a minute...
As always, load up on the fruits and veggies! You can NEVER have too many! If you are stressed or bored, grab some grapes or carrots instead of fatty foods. Your body will thank you! Diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and a shortened life span are not worth the cakes, pies, icecream, cookies, burgers, etc. :)
