Welcome to my very first blog post! My goal of this blog is to provide a better insight to my thoughts and feelings about my new lifestyle. Think of it as reading my diary (if I even had one). I will document my ups and downs with eating a vegan-based diet in college and share some of my food journals and workout plans with you!
